our philosophy

The philosophy of Axel and Heidi Wimmer in terms of customer care is simple. Meet the guest, with the same proper respect and friendliness that we expect, if we are a guest somewhere else. This attitude of life we try to implement in our Heidi's Island Bistro at Fort Myers Beach.
We would like to present our hospitality, selected German and local dishes under the sun of Florida.
