Back in 1976 at the age of six years Axel collected his first cooking experiences in the restaurant from his parents in Canada. He helped his father in the kitchen and made the garlic bread.
Already at that time it was clear for Axel that he wants to pursue his career as a chef.
Axel started his vocational training as chef in 1984 in Germany.
